As a Learning and Development Facilitator, you will play a crucial role in driving performance and quality within their homes by delivering quality assured training to the care team, ensuring they are competent and compliant to provide exceptional care to the residents.

Main duties of the job

As a Learning and Development Facilitator, your focus will be on leading training sessions for a cluster of homes, focusing on statutory and mandatory topics. You will be responsible for identifying learning needs, planning and designing engaging learning courses and content, facilitating interactive induction and refresher courses both face-to-face and virtually, and accurately recording training sessions. You will also be assessing learner knowledge, confidence, and understanding throughout the training.
