Main duties of the job

As a Regional Support Manager, your key responsibilities will include providing focus and support in key homes, ensuring compliance to standards, reporting, and service delivery. You will also support the homes with any transition process following acquisitions, identify problem areas, and make recommendations to address them in discussion with the Regional Director. Additionally, you will interpret information to support regional performance against quality indicators and make suitable recommendations.
