This is a role as a Food and Beverage Team Member at Avery Healthcare, a leading provider of luxury elderly care homes in the UK. The position offers part-time hours of 10am to 2pm, three days a week, with a competitive hourly rate of £12.25.

Main duties of the job

As a Food and Beverage Team Member, your focus will be to support the dining service and assist residents with their meals. This will involve supporting residents with choosing their meal options, ensuring the dining tables are set to the standard operating procedures, keeping the front of the house clean, tidy, and well-presented, and replenishing fresh cakes, biscuits, finger food, and fruit throughout the day. You will also need to be aware of residents' dietary requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar setting, such as a restaurant or hotel, and possess a basic food hygiene certificate. Strong interpersonal skills, compassion, and a commitment to delivering exceptional culinary services to residents are essential.
