Main duties of the job

The Residential Care Manager will coordinate the resident assessment process, ensuring accurate and personalized care plans. They will support, guide, and develop their team members, while also managing the storage and maintenance of medical equipment. Ensuring compliance with medication management protocols and conducting quality care spot checks will also be key responsibilities.

Your focus as a Residential Care Manager will be to manage the group of Care Supervisors within the home ensuring thata high-quality delivery of personal care is delivered to our residents.   • Managing the process of ensuring that all equipment is stored in line with the manufacturer'sinstructionsand is cleanedandstored appropriatelyafteruse.
  • Ensuringcompliance with theSafe Medication Management programme, with robust auditing procedures.
  • UndertakingQualityCareSpotChecksreportingonthe qualityofcareprovidedbyCareSupervisors, CarersandSeniorCarers withintheir team.
