Main duties of the job
As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting residents in all their personal hygiene care, ensuring optimum independence, dignity, and respect. You will also be required to recognize and understand clinical risk areas in residents, act courteously towards residents and their visitors, and practice safe systems of work across the range of tasks. The role does not require prior experience, as Avery Healthcare provides a thorough induction and training program to ensure confidence within the role.
