They are seeking a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join their award-winning team as a Care Supervisor - Dementia, focusing on managing, supporting, and guiding a small team to ensure the highest standards of person-centered care for their residents.
Main duties of the job
As a Care Supervisor - Dementia, your primary focus will be to manage, support, and guide a small team within the Care Services team, ensuring Avery's processes and procedures are followed to the highest standards. You will be responsible for promoting and delivering high-quality person-centered care to the residents, closely monitoring and reporting on their daily progress, and dealing with any concerns or complaints in a polite, prompt, and appropriate manner. You will also provide ongoing support for the residents, their families, and the Care Services Team.
