Job summary
This role as a Maintenance Operative at Avery Healthcare in Elstree involves ensuring the building and grounds are well maintained through a variety of routine maintenance tasks, checks to services, and basic fixes to equipment and systems. Main duties of the job
Your focus as a Maintenance Operative will be to ensure the building and grounds are well maintained, undertaking a variety of routine maintenance tasks, checks to services applying basic fixes to equipment and systems whilst ensuring facilities are fully functional. Other responsibilities will include carrying out general maintenance tasks and basic repairs, supporting new residents to arrange their room, ensuring routine re-decoration, advising on supplies and ordering replacement goods, and providing out of hours emergency service.
