Main duties of the job
As a Senior Care Assistant at Avery Healthcare, you will be responsible for supporting and working alongside the Care team to deliver high standards of personal care, providing a safe, caring, innovative, open, supportive, and inclusive environment for residents, visitors and staff. Your duties will include monitoring resident wellbeing, implementing and evaluating care plans, supporting with medication, and acting as a key point of contact for residents, relatives, and professionals.
