ABOUT THE ROLE

Your focus as Concierge will be to create a positive and long lasting first impression of Avery, answering incoming calls and greeting visitors whilst providing high quality service to residents.

Other responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and directing all visitors and making them feel welcome.
• Monitoring the Bistro area for refreshments, music, and cleanliness.
• Handling resident requests and queries efficiently and effectively.
• Completing administrative duties as required.

• Possess effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Be able to handle multiple priorities.
• Have good organisational skills.
• Previous experience in a customer service position is preferable.

Qualifications

Essential

• To be successful in this role, you will need to live the company's values of caring, supportive, honest, respectful, and accountable in all that you do. Effective written and verbal communication skills, the ability to handle multiple priorities, and good organizational skills are essential. Previous experience in a customer service position is preferred.
