Main duties of the job

As a Customer Service Advisor, your focus will be to support the Home by providing a positive and welcoming public image at the first point of contact, both in person and by telephone. Your responsibilities will include managing the reception area, supporting with show rounds, following up and managing sales enquiries, and assisting the Home Administrator as required.

Your focus as Customer Service Advisor will be to support the Home by providing a positive and welcoming public image at the first point of contact, both in person, and by telephone.

  • Being responsible for the reception area and ensure it is always presented to a high standard.
  • Supporting with the process of show rounds.
  • Actively following up and manage any sales enquiries through to admissions.
  • Assisting the Home Administrator as required.

  • Have effective interpersonal skills and professional telephone manner.
  • Be computer literate with a good working knowledge of MS Suite.
