Job summary

This is a role for a Senior Care Assistant at Avery Healthcare, a leading provider of luxury elderly care homes in the UK. The role involves supporting and working alongside the Care team to deliver high standards of personal care, providing a safe, caring, and inclusive environment for residents, visitors, and staff.

Main duties of the job

As a Senior Care Assistant, your focus will be on monitoring the wellbeing of each resident, being aware of any changes, and ensuring that new needs are met. You will be involved in the person-centred care planning process, implement, monitor, and undertake monthly evaluations. You will also support residents with their medication requirements, undertake staff supervisions, and act as a key point of contact for residents, their relatives, and health and social care professionals.

  • Actingas a key point for contact with residents, theirrelativesand visitors, as well as health and social care professionals involved in their wellbeing, ensuring that any reasonable requests are actedupon,and concerns or complaints are escalated.
