This role as a Senior Care Assistant at Avery Healthcare in Rugeley offers the opportunity to make a positive impact on residents' lives every day. Main duties of the job

As a Senior Care Assistant, your primary focus will be to support and work alongside the Care team to deliver high standards of personal care, creating a safe, caring, innovative, open, supportive, and inclusive environment for residents, visitors, and staff. Key responsibilities will include monitoring residents' wellbeing, implementing and evaluating person-centered care plans, supporting medication requirements, and providing staff supervision and development. You will also act as a key point of contact for residents, their families, and healthcare professionals, ensuring that any reasonable requests are addressed and concerns or complaints are escalated appropriately.
