Main duties of the job
As a Wellbeing and Activities Coordinator, your focus will be to provide a wide range of activities to engage and stimulate the residents' physical, psychological, and social well-being, while promoting the philosophy of privacy, dignity, independence, choice, rights, and fulfilment for all residents. You will be responsible for identifying residents' life histories, needs, and preferences, planning monthly activity and wellbeing plans, arranging events and outings, and maintaining a safe living and working environment.
