Main duties of the job

As the Customer Service Manager, your focus will be to support the General Manager by taking the lead on the sales process and coordinating all admissions and discharges with the Home Administrator. Other responsibilities include greeting people politely, managing the show rounds process, undertaking competitor analysis, and supporting the implementation of the local marketing strategy.

  • Ensuring Front of House team answer the phone in line with company policy.
  • Managing the process of show rounds and train staff team to manage to the expected standard.
  • Undertaking competitor analysis to ensure accurate data within the local market.
  • Supporting the Home Manager to implement local marketing strategy.
