Main duties of the job

The Customer Service Advisor will be responsible for providing a positive and welcoming public image at the first point of contact, both in person and by telephone. They will support the home by assisting with the process of show rounds, actively following up and managing any sales enquiries through to admissions, and supporting the Home Administrator as required.

Your focus as Customer Service Advisor will be to support the Home by providing a positive and welcoming public image at the first point of contact, both in person, and by telephone.

Other responsibilities will include:

  • Being responsible for the reception area and ensure it is always presented to a high standard.
  • Supporting with the process of show rounds.
  • Actively following up and manage any sales enquiries through to admissions.
  • Assisting the Home Administrator as required.

Our ideal candidate must:

  • Have effective interpersonal skills and professional telephone manner.
  • Be computer literate with a good working knowledge of MS Suite.

  • Ideally have previous experience in working in a customer service role for a minimum of two years.
