Main duties of the job

As the Associate Director of Quality, you will provide leadership and take responsibility for ensuring robust quality assurance systems and processes. You will work closely with the operational teams to drive continuous improvement, lead change, and challenge conventional approaches to create a learning organization. Additionally, you will provide professional nursing leadership and advice, support the Director of Quality, and take on the role of Infection Prevention Control lead.

  • Supporting the Director of Quality, you will provide professional nursing leadership and advice, supporting with any learning required.
