Job summary
The role of a Customer Service Advisor at Avery Healthcare involves providing a positive and welcoming public image, supporting the Home, and actively managing sales enquiries through to admissions. This position requires effective interpersonal skills, a professional telephone manner, and computer literacy with a good working knowledge of MS Suite. Main duties of the job
As a Customer Service Advisor, your primary focus will be to support the Home by providing a positive and welcoming public image at the first point of contact, both in person and by telephone. Your responsibilities will include managing the reception area, supporting the process of show rounds, actively following up and managing any sales enquiries through to admissions, and assisting the Home Administrator as required.
