Job summary

Main duties of the job

As a Customer Service Advisor, your primary focus will be to support the Home by providing a positive and welcoming public image at the first point of contact, both in person and by telephone. Your responsibilities will include managing the reception area, supporting the process of show rounds, actively following up and managing any sales enquiries through to admissions, and assisting the Home Administrator as required.
