They are seeking a compassionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated General Manager to lead the passionate and welcoming team at their fantastic Spencer House Care Home in Northamptonshire.

Main duties of the job

As the General Manager, your focus will be to lead and inspire a team to deliver excellent person-centred quality care to residents in a safe, caring, and stimulating environment, while meeting regulatory requirements, professional and statutory standards, and business performance targets. You will be responsible for the ongoing recruitment, retention, and development of staff within the home, as well as ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality, person-centred care. Additionally, you will act as a focal point for contact with residents, their relatives, and visitors, as well as health and social care professionals involved in the residents' well-being.

  • Ensuring costs are well managed and maintained within budgetary controls, by reviewing regularly and monitoring stock.
