Job summary

They are seeking a well-organized, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join their friendly, award-winning team as a Customer Service Advisor.
Main duties of the job
As a Customer Service Advisor, your focus will be to support the Home by providing a positive and welcoming public image at the first point of contact, both in person and by telephone. Your responsibilities will include being responsible for the reception area, supporting with the process of show rounds, actively following up and managing any sales enquiries through to admissions, and assisting the Home Administrator as required.
