Job summary

This is a receptionist role at Avery Healthcare, a leading provider of luxury elderly care homes in the UK. The receptionist will be the first point of contact for residents, visitors, and staff, providing excellent customer service and administrative support.

Main duties of the job

As a receptionist, your focus will be to offer professional, high-quality customer service as the first point of contact within the home, as well as providing a range of administrative services. Responsibilities include answering telephone calls, redirecting calls, maintaining databases, and providing administrative assistance to the General Manager. You will also be responsible for maintaining the tidiness of the reception area and liaising with the Housekeeping team.
