Were now looking for a Registered Manager to work alongside our senior management team at Richmond Village Witney to lead our team in providing the highest quality of care to our residents in our 61 bed care home.

Main duties of the job
As the Registered Home Manager at a Richmond Village, youre trusted with peoples lives and a responsibility like this cant be trusted with just anyone.
Who were looking for
With experience of managing and developing a care setting, ideally, youll have a management qualification such as the Registered Managers Award. Approachable and open, youre a confident leader who can empower our team to deliver the highest standards of care. Passionate about caring for others, youll put our residents at the heart of everything you do. The ability to lead by example, youll share your knowledge and experience of quality improvement and cultivate an open and honest culture amongst your team. NMC PIN highly desirable but not essential.
