Main duties of the job

What are we looking for in our Care Home Managers?

Strong clinical knowledge and expertise, plus an LMCS, RMA or equivalent management qualification

You will know how to make a positive difference within a heavily regulated sector, as youll have a strong commercial acumen and strategic mind

The ability to develop an environment which focuses on continuous improvements

An effective communicator, with a confident and influential leadership style

Our home

Set in Brentwood (near Hutton), Hutton Village is accessible by car and public transport. Shenfield station is a 30 minute walk away and the number 81 bus from the station stops just an 8 minute walk from the home. The 40 bed home offers a range of high-quality care including residential, nursing, convalescence and respite. With a real family feel, the team are passionate about providing person centred care, championing dignity and independence - organising a wide variety of activities meaning there's no typical day here. With a genuine commitment to creating a happy and supportive culture, you'll be supported from day one to learn, develop and encouraged to progress.
