Working hours and salary

£44,703-£58,206per annum , Depending on experience.

48 hours per week.

£1000 Welcome Bonus

£2.00 per hour for overtime

8am to 8pm or 8pm to 8am. To workrotationalshifts , Monday to Friday and including some weekends.

Should you be successfully hired in to this role, we are pleased to be able to offer you a one-off Starter Bonus of£1000as a thank you for deciding to join Bupa Care Services. The Starter Bonus will be paid to you in the next available pay run once you have completed four weeks service and will be subject to deductions for tax and NI. T's & C's Apply.

Main duties of the job

What your typical day involves

• Whether youre taking charge of a unit or a floor, youll promote our residents independence, choice and dignity by ensuring that the team provide the highest standards of care at all times
• With the help of your team, youll assess each residents wellbeing making sure their physical, emotional and social needs are met always maintaining accurate records
• Delivering clinical guidance to your team, youll lead by example; motivating and mentoring the team to ensure the safe, smooth and efficient running of the care home
• Youll build lasting relationships with the residents and the people they care about, as well as caring about the home itself - fostering a sense of community
• Creating and developing strong relationships with local partners, you will liaise with these partners, playing an important role in raising the care homes profile in the local area and beyond
