Working hours and salary

£20 to £21.50 per hour PLUS New Starter Bonus of £1000

Paid Breaks

Weekend Enhancement of £1.50 per hour

Night Enhancement of £1 per hour

Overtime Enhancement of £2 per hour

8am to 8pm or 8pm to 8am

Full time/part time and bank contracts available.

Special care takes special people You know how important it is to be passionate about caring. Its what drives you. As a highly respected member of our amazing team, you play a pivotal role. As a Registered Nurse, with a valid NMC pin, you'll be responsible for driving and running the unit alongside clinical duties in the home. This includes observation, medication, reviewing and evaluating individual care plans, and providing clinical guidance to the care team and delivering best practice continually.

Main duties of the job

What your typical day involves

• Youll take responsibility for the well-being of our residents including; making sure their physical, emotional and social needs are met
• Carrying out assessments, youll develop, implement and evaluate individualised care plans for each of our residents
• Youll monitor work areas and practices to ensure they are safe and conform to the relevant standards, policies and legislation
• Delivering clinical guidance to your care team, youll lead, motivate and mentor this team to ensure the safe and efficient day to day running of the care home
• Always promoting our residents independence, choice and dignity by delivering the very best standards of care and striving for continuous improvement
