• Reporting to Training Manager and to Head of Quality Compliance and Clinical Governance for Clinical Support

We have an exciting opportunity for aClinical Trainerto join our friendly Head Office, based in Ashford.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience with care in the community.
• Teaching/mentoring qualification(s).
• Well-versed in technical and practical nursing skills such as monitoring vitals (including Waterlow and MUST assessment, catheterisation, administering medication, blood taking, etc).
• Superb communication skills, able to adapt in style for differing audiences and learners.
• Excellent IT skills, confident with presentations.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail.
• A positive mental attitude, with a personable, enthusiastic and motivated approach; and able to develop effective and trusting relationships at all levels.
• Be flexible and adaptable to meet the changing needs of the organisation.
