The opportunity

Youll lead your team to deliver a safe, caring, responsive and effective service, ensuring the highest standards for each resident who calls our home home.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Championing choice, dignity and personcentred care for every resident
- Reviewing and adapting care plans in partnership with residents, families, staff and professionals
- Monitoring and auditing service quality and acting swiftly on areas of improvement
- Managing risk assessments and safeguarding practices to keep residents safe
- Recruiting, inducting, mentoring and developing your team
- Leading with confidence on HR matters, including performance and conduct
- Ensuring effective staffing levels and robust contingency planning
- Investigating safeguarding concerns, managing complaints, and ensuring full regulatory compliance, including duty of candour
About you
Youre passionate, motivated and ready to lead. You bring experience, heart, and a commitment to delivering excellent care.
Youll need:
- At least 12 months remaining on your Right to Work in the UK
- QCF Level 4 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
- A management qualification (QCF level 4) or willingness to work towards it
- Previous registration in a residential service (preferable)
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, compliance, and care home operations
- Exceptional leadership, coaching, and peoplemanagement skills
- Experience supporting vulnerable adults
- Fulltime availability (40 hours per week)
