Main duties of the job
As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for championing choice, dignity, and person-centered care for every resident. You will review and adapt care plans, monitor and audit service quality, manage risk assessments and safeguarding practices, and lead your team with confidence on HR matters. You will also investigate safeguarding concerns, manage complaints, and ensure full regulatory compliance. This is a hands-on role that will allow you to make a meaningful difference in the lives of your residents.
