Job summary
This is a rewarding role as a Care Assistant at Agincare, a rapidly growing, family-owned care provider with more than 5,500 team members. You'll be working in a care home in Gloucestershire, providing support, companionship, and personal care to residents. Main duties of the job
As a Care Assistant, you'll be responsible for providing companionship, personal care, medication support, meal assistance, and light cleaning tasks. You'll work closely with residents to help them maintain their independence and engage in social activities. This is a bank role, so you'll need to be flexible to work nights and weekends as required.
