Job summary

You'll be an experienced recruiter with a strong track record of delivering successful Head Office, corporate, or salaried recruitment campaigns.

Main duties of the job

As the Recruitment Business Partner, you'll partner with senior stakeholders to understand short- and long-term recruitment needs for Head Office and salaried positions. You'll design and deliver tailored attraction, sourcing, and assessment strategies for professional, specialist, and management roles. You'll proactively identify and engage high-quality candidates through market mapping, headhunting, networking, and talent pooling. You'll act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and senior leaders, embedding recruitment best practice and improving hiring capability.

  • Drive continuous improvement by reviewing external talent markets, recruitment methods, and employer branding activity.
