Are you a qualified Counsellor for Depression (CfD) looking to make a real difference in people's lives? Nouvita Healthcare is seeking dedicated, sessional counsellors to join our growingNHS Talking Therapiesteam. This hybrid role offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy to adults experiencing common mental health issues.
Main duties of the job
Youll work within theNHS Talking Therapies (IAPT) framework, delivering short-term counselling interventions that are person-centred and guided by thePerson-Centred Experiential Counselling for Depression (PCE-CfD)model.
Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting assessments and delivering therapy sessions
Supporting clients through their mental health journeys using evidence-based practice
Maintaining clear, timely clinical notes on our digital system
Collaborating with team members, supervisors, and partner agencies
Participating in regular supervision, training, and professional development

- - At least 2 years of post-qualification experience
- - Experience delivering time-limited counselling
- - Remote counselling qualification and good IT skills
