Job summary
We are looking for a vibrant individual to join our psychology and therapies team, supporting our service users through a mix of group and 1:1 physical therapies.
Main duties of the job
- Coaching low impact exercise
- Leading group based sessions
- Writing personalised exercise programs
- Planning 1:1 and group exercise sessions
- Coaching Chair based sessions

We care for people aged 18 onwards with a range of mental health needs, as well as those with learning disabilities and challenging behaviours.
Our model of care is designed with our patients needs and personal circumstances at the heart of our service delivery. We are committed to providing the highest quality of care and, aim to support each person admitted to our services in a collaborative way.
Our small network of 7 care homes and hospitals specialise in different mental health services from our female PICU and secure services at our hospital in Baldock to residential nursing care, as well as residential services for those with learning disabilities.
