Job summary

We are looking for Newly Qualified Registered Mental Health Nurses/ Registered Learning Disability Nurses (RMN/ RNLD) to complete their Preceptorship programme at Nouvita Healthcare. Main duties of the job

Day to day:

  • Produce outstanding written reports based on your nursing assessments and observation
  • Work closely with the management team to develop the service, audit, and improve quality
  • Attend all training and engage in CPD to further knowledge and promote nursing

About us

Baldock Manor Hospital is a thriving service in need of new nurses to bolster our team and move us further along our journey to excellence.

Over recent years Baldock Manor has undertaken extensive development work to become the hospital it is today. We have three wards; an 8 bedded female PICU service, an older working age men’s 14 bed acute/High dependency unit typically for gentlemen over the age of 45/50 and a similar 10 bedded service for older working age/older age ladies.

Our focus is recovery for our patients with quality care and measurable outcomes at the center of all we do. Baldock Manor boasts a full MDT with Nursing, Psychiatry, Psychology and Occupational Therapy practitioners on site as well as a very able team of Senior support workers, support works, Therapies assistants and more.

Being a smaller hospital gives us the opportunity to coach and mentor our team as well as giving real ability for individuals to take a role in service design and bring their innovative ideas to the fore.
