Job summary

As a Nursing Associate, you'll hold a current NMC Pin and play an essential role in supporting people at every stage of life. You'll bring broad clinical knowledge and a compassionate, person centred approach, working independently while supported by registered nurses to deliver safe, responsive and dignified care across a variety of settings.

You'll draw on strong professional standards, understanding the boundaries of your practice and contributing to the full nursing process. This role offers the chance to develop your skills through ongoing learning, reflection and clinical supervision, while helping to assess, plan and evaluate care with accuracy and confidence.

Clear, sensitive communication will be central to your work, enabling strong relationships with patients, families and colleagues. You'll help maintain high quality records, support safe and effective practice, and advocate for those in your care, promoting a culture of openness and continuous improvement.

The Enid Quenault Health and Wellbeing Centre, a brand-new, cutting-edge outpatient facility which consolidates a diverse array of outpatient services in a single, well-equipped location.

Health and Community Services has committed to investing in new health care facilities and this centre is one part of the New Healthcare Facilities Programme which includes a brand new acute hospital which will be built over the coming years.
