Qualifications

Essential

• Registered Mental Health Nurses: Registered Nurse qualification in Mental Health; Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
• Occupational Therapists: BSc or equivalent in Occupational Therapy; Registration with Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
• Social Workers: Social Work qualification (CQSW, DIPSW, Degree); Approved Social Worker status under the Isle of Man Mental Health Act 1998 or the capability and willingness to undertake training to gain this qualification within a 3-year specified period, or if employed from other jurisdiction Approval under other jurisdictions requirements and portfolio evidence to support this; Registration with Social Work England (SWE)
