Job summary

Join a dedicated theatre team as a Theatre Practitioner in Recovery and Anaesthetics, where youll deliver safe, effective anaesthetic assistance and recovery care within a diverse and fast-paced clinical environment. In this role, youll assess individual care needs and deliver one-to-one patient care until patients are fully conscious and meet recovery discharge criteria. Youll work across a range of clinical areas, including theatres, maternity, coronary care, cancer services, diagnostic imaging, endoscopy and, when required, the Intensive Care Unit.

Main duties of the job

This role offers variety and professional development within a supportive theatre environment. Youll have opportunities to broaden your clinical experience across multiple specialties, strengthen your recovery and anaesthetic skills, and take responsibility for the smooth running of the recovery area during a shift when required.
