Job summary

Are you passionate about making a difference in peoples lives? Join our dedicated Community Mental Health Service for Adults on the beautiful Isle of Man, where you will work closely with individuals experiencing severe and enduring mental health challenges. In this role, you will manage a defined caseload, providing specialist psychological interventions that promote recovery and wellbeing. Your responsibilities will include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualised care plans tailored to each persons unique needs.

Youll become an integral part of our large, friendly, and supportive multi-disciplinary team, committed to nurturing your current skills while offering ongoing professional development opportunities. Collaborate with a wide range of internal departments, external agencies, and charitable organizations to create a comprehensive support network for our patients recovery journeys.
