Our unique two-year NQP preceptorship programme provides protected time for education and development, access to a range of courses, access to a multi-disciplinary preceptee community of practice, support from a named preceptor, and much more. The Isle of Man Ambulance Service is a unique place to work; you will work in partnership with colleagues across Manx Care and the wider emergency services to provide high quality and timely care to the Islands population. Joining our supportive team within the Isle of Man Ambulance Service, your enthusiasm and commitment will be key when carrying out clinical patient care, responding to 999 calls and urgent community pre-hospital care requirements.
Main duties of the job

To succeed in this role, you must have experience working in the out of hospital setting, and you must be a newly registered HCPC Paramedic (within the last 24 months) or be a registered paramedic who has not yet completed a preceptorship. You must also hold a full manual driving licence with category C1 entitlement and meet the service medical standards for emergency driving.
