Main duties of the job

As a Community Health Nurse working in partnership with the health visiting and school nursing team, you will help to promote the health and wellbeing of children, young people with long-term health conditions and their families. Your clinical knowledge and excellent communication skills will enable you to plan, develop and implement specific programmes of training to address specific identified needs amongst children and young people with epilepsy, anaphylaxis and asthma. This role is recruiting for both a 37.5 and 30 hour post.
