Joining our small team as Duty Operations Manager, you will provide leadership and management to a team of Paramedics, Technicians and ECAs to deliver excellence in the field of pre-hospital care.
Main duties of the job
The Isle of Man Ambulance Service is a unique place to work; you will work in partnership with colleagues across Manx Care and the wider emergency services to provide support and leadership to staff across the ambulance service. Providing incident command and clinical support you will also be responsible for staff welfare, rota management and absence management. If you are intrinsically motivated and able to use your excellent leadership skills to deliver meaningful results and drive innovation in a busy service, we want to hear from you!
