Job summary

Integrated Mental Health Services are looking for an dedicated individual to join their team as a Ward Manager at Manannan Court, on Glen Suite, our Older Adult ward. Manannan Court is an acute mental health inpatient unit, committed to meeting the holistic needs of individuals experiencing a relapse or crisis of their mental health and wellbeing, who require an inpatient admission. It is a place where people can receive treatment, support and care in a safe environment.

Main duties of the job

You'll maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment for both staff and service users, championing a collaborative approach to care. This role offers the opportunity to influence and shape mental health services for older adults, working closely with the Head of Service, Operational Manager, and Associate Director of Nursing.
