Main duties of the job

In this role, youll operate as an autonomous practitioner within a multidisciplinary team, applying evidence-based practice to assess, diagnose, and refer patients as needed. Your expertise, gained through extensive experience and post-registration training, will be key in delivering integrated care across the Isle of Man.

Be promoted to Band 6 within 2 years. The Band 5 Annex T posts are development posts where you will undergo a period of preceptorship with the aim of gaining the competencies required to fulfil a Band 6 position. During this period you will be assessed and if you meet the competencies there will be an increase in your salary as you progress up to Band 6
