Job summary

We are looking for a committed and experienced Neonatal Practice Development Co-ordinator to promote the acquisition of new skills, knowledge and clinical competencies.

Main duties of the job

Working strategically and operationally within the Practice Development team, youll promote the teaching, training and on-going development of staff, ensuring continuing personal, professional and practice development is an active process within Neonatal services. You will also provide specialist Neonatal advice hospital-wide to support and facilitate high quality, individualised care to patients/clients and relatives in collaboration with the multi-professional team.
