As the senior leader for Pathology, you'll set the strategic direction and oversee the operational management of the department. Working closely with senior colleagues, you'll drive innovation, foster collaboration, and ensure the delivery of a high-quality, patient-focused, and cost-effective service.
We’re seeking a motivated professional with:
- Relevant professional registration and leadership experience in an acute NHS setting.
- A proven track record in managing change and driving improvement.
- A commitment to staff development and delivering excellence in diagnostic services.
