Main duties of the job
Youll join a small, patient-focused, multi-disciplinary team who care for people needing hyperacute, acute care and stroke rehabilitation. Youll be able to gain further experience and skills in a supportive and friendly environment, which allows you to develop and provide true holistic care with the patient at the centre. There are a variety of shift patterns that you are expected to work, including days, nights and twilights. This is a fantastic chance to work in a specialist area providing care across the whole care pathway from hyperacute to rehabilitation and discharge.
