Job summary
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our Community Wellbeing Service as a Band 6, Counsellor (Low Intensity) where you will provide an island-wide, low-intensity counselling service to clients aged sixteen and over.
Main duties of the job
In this role, you will manage a caseload of clients, assessing, planning, and provide a timely, effective and appropriate range of therapeutic counselling interventions for those experiencing mild to moderately severe mental health issues. You will also have the opportunity to share your expertise by providing advice, training and guidance to other health professionals and students both within the Community Wellbeing Service and across our wider Government departments.
