Manx Care is a pioneering independent organisation, operating at arms length from the Isle of Man Government, dedicated to delivering health and statutory social care services across the Island. We were established on April 1, 2021, employ over 3,300 dedicated staff, providing a comprehensive range of services including hospital care at Nobles Hospital and Ramsey District Cottage Hospital, Integrated Mental Health Services, Social Care, the Isle of Man Ambulance Service, and Primary Care and Community Services. Main duties of the job

Reporting directly to our Chief Executive, Teresa Cope, we are seeking an Executive Director for People and Workforce, to lead and deliver our People, Culture, and Engagement Strategy. This is a unique opportunity to establish this new voting Board role and develop a strategy that places staff and patients at the centre, ensuring that Manx Care is a great place to work. You will play a crucial strategic role in transforming and improving our people services while working closely with the Office of Human Resources (OHR), a shared service of the Isle of Man Government that provides our transactional HR services.
