Job summary

We are seeking an experienced healthcare professional to join our dedicated Childrens Safeguarding Team within Manx Care where you will support the organisation to deliver high-quality safeguarding practices and ensure we are meeting safeguarding requirements in line with legislative frameworks.

Main duties of the job

You will also be responsible for supporting the Looked After Children agenda, working closely with other named professionals, such as the Head of Safeguarding, multi-agency safeguarding partners, and the Safeguarding Board to ensure that the needs of Looked After Children are paramount. You will need to have a comprehensive knowledge and experience of working with children in care and wider system partnerships. If you are passionate and committed to improving the health of Looked After Children and can be a strong advocate for the childs voice to be heard, we would love to hear from you.

Job responsibilities
