Job summary

Join our dedicated team as a Health Visitor on the beautiful Isle of Man where you will be responsible for assessing the health needs of children and families, either in their homes or a clinical environment.

Main duties of the job

You will develop and deliver a plan of care to address identified needs, make referrals and work in partnership with multi-professional agencies. This is a great opportunity for you to work as part of a supportive, caring team who share a passion and commitment for helping children reach their full health and developmental potential.

Housing Assistance is also available where the Department will pay the difference between your current mortgage/rent bill, and that of your new accommodation on the Isle of Man, up to a maximum of £250 per month.
