About the role and our team
We are looking for a self-motivated and enthusiastic Registered Nurse to join our passionate and dedicated Respiratory Specialist Service within Manx Care on the beautiful Isle of Man!
In this role, you will develop and demonstrate a high level of practice and knowledge participating in direct patient care for those with conditions such as asthma, COPD, bronchiectasis and interstitial lung disease.
As part of the multi-disciplinary team you will assist in providing specialist advice, care and support for patients, their families and carers, in both hospital and community settings. This will include participation in admission avoidance, early and supported discharge, specialist outpatient clinics and pulmonary rehabilitation.
This role is key in meeting the existing and growing needs of the Island’s population. If you're looking to develop specialist knowledge and skills whilst being a key part of an expanding team, this could be the role for you.
The Respiratory Nursing Service is currently delivered over 5 days a week, Monday – Friday but as the service evolves this is subject to change.

About the Island and relocating
Here you can enjoy a fantastic quality of life, and an excellent work-life balance! There are plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities; so if you like walking, mountain biking, sailing or kayaking, you’ll have lots of places to explore!

A relocation package of up to £7,000 based on receipts is available for this role. Housing Assistance is also available where the Department will pay the difference between your current mortgage/rent bill, and that of your new accommodation on the Isle of Man, up to a maximum of £250 per month.
