Job summary
The States of Guernsey are looking for a Senior Practitioner to join the team at Mental Health Services.To provide nursing leadership within the Specialist Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service and the role of nursing lead within the multi-disciplinary team approach to the management of clients in the service with eating disorders. To ensure practice is delivered safely and in accordance with the Care Quality Framework and policies and procedures.

Job responsibilities
To promote and deliver a high standard of care based on best practice to maintain patient/service user safety and provide an excellent.
To coordinate the assessment of patients/service users with complex needs including individuals with unconfirmed diagnosis.
To coordinate the development, implementation and evaluation of specialised programmes of care utilising evidence and research.
